My air conditioner and furnace both have water they need to drain.

Right now there's a small hose running from the furnace into the floor, and a separate hose running from the air conditioner condenser coils to a reservoir on the floor which occasionally pumps out through a hose that runs outside.

I think the furnace drain may be blocked. Can I run the furnace hose to the air conditioner's drain?

In this case, no.

The air conditioner drains outside, and that's fine in the summer, but in the winter, the pipe outside would freeze if there were water being pumped through it, and that's when you need the furnace to be able to drain. A furnace has to drain to an inside drain.
